Just an update in regards to books for our class. Textbooks are unavailable for check-out currently. Textbooks are on order and will hopefully arrive soon. This will change our syllabus and expectations for the outlines. Students will be given short periods in class to work on the outlines and expected to turn in what they can complete during classtime-this will in no way count against them. They will turn them in on Tuesday. A short quiz is NOW planned for 9/2/08 (Tuesday) but will cover only material from class and the 1st 10-12 pages of chapter 30. We’re still planning on a quiz of all 50 states on 8/29/08. Thank you!
I was sick today, I have about a half a page of my outline complete. I worked as fast as I could on Tuesday.

Hi, I am Hannah Parker. I am in Mrs. Synder’s second period APUSH class. I am a sophmore at Roosevelt. My favorite period in history would have to be the 1960′s, dealing with the Civil Rights Act. I am excited for this class but worried about the difficulty.
Is this one of those things we’re supposed to respond to?
I’m confused about how we’re supposed to know when there is a comment due?
