Week of 10/6 for APUSH

Test was today! Most of you did a very nice job on the test! Keep studying! In other news-Tuesday your Declaration of Independence worksheet is due. Friday your outline over chapter 8 is due. Thursday is your ID quiz over chapter 8 terms. We are starting a new unit this Tuesday covering chapters 8 and part of 9 (through Jefferson’s presidency). A DBQ covering Jefferson’s presidency will be passed out to parents at conferences with parents grading the essays–more information about this next week. You will not have a cumulative test over chapters 8 and 9 (the DBQ will be your assessment). You will have to memorize the preamble to the Constitution by next week Tuesday/Wednesday!!! It is pretty simple and requires 3-5 minutes each night to get it down–it’s very important to know!!! A worksheet over the chapter 8 DBQ  in your textbook will be assigned this week and due next Monday–if you want to get a head start on it you can! Keep the discussion and questions coming!
