Congratulations to all students who just completed a 2 day world religions essay test! This is a trying test but is well worth the effort in demonstrating your knowledge! It will take me some time to get these all graded, but based on what I have seen so far, I am thoroughly impressed! We began our new unit over India today. We will discuss Asia over the next few months as this area of the world isn’t often discussed in other classes and is important to America today. We will be completing a timeline project in partners over India’s history on Wednesday and Thursday. This will be due next Monday. Thursday students will take their map quiz. On Friday, we will focus on the impact of Gandhi and the independence movement. Once we return from break, the textbook assignments will be due December 3 and we will finish our discussion of India with modern India and Hinduism. Keep up the good work!
