Semester Two for APUSH!

Finally, this Wednesday, we will begin semester 2! There will be several major deadlines this semester in regards to National History Day contest. Please review your student’s syllabus for these. Also, we have missed many days first semester and will have to move VERY quickly to make it through the material before the AP US History test on Friday, May 7. Remember, AP classes are different in that we have to have all material covered by the test date instead of the end of the year–lobby for earlier start times for the school year! I just wanted to give everyone an early heads up in regards to our quick pace this semester! Please support your student by encouraging them and allowing for a quiet place to study at home-I know you already do this, but it really helps! They have done a terrific job first semester and have quite a lot to be proud of!!! I know I am proud of them! Of course, if you have any questions please feel free to email me. PLEASE DONATE ITEMS TO YOUR STUDENT’S CLASSROOM!

dry erase markers (preferably black), kleenex, antibacterial hand gel, pencils, and pens. All will be shared by the classroom. Also, please restock your student’s personal supplies—I am running out of pens, paper and pencils to loan to students!
